Size The minimum number of groups is four people for both horse treks and bushwalks. You can get a group together yourself, or take a risk and come with people you don't know, but will by the end of the adventure! It is a challenge in itself to join one of my groups without knowing anyone, but I do provide a professional, safe, non-judgmental environment for self-disclosure and exploration. I also take couples out on these treks specifically aimed at relationship issues which provides people who are partnered or married and are experiencing difficulties, an opportunity for exploration of these problematic areas. I would like to meet with potential couples, if of course we all live in the same area i.e. Melbourne, or at least set up a dialogue via email or telephone. Both parties then have the opportunity of giving me some information about the nature of the difficulties from each person's perspective.
